We ship to addresses within the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Processing is the time we take to prepare and hand your order off to the carrier; it happens before the delivery estimate below begins. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may be processed the following business day.
Carrier delivery time
After your order leaves the fulfillment facility, standard carrier delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and remote destinations can affect delivery times.
Total time from order to arrival
Combining processing and carrier delivery, most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 4–9 business days of the order being placed.
Shipping rates
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.95.
Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $75 or more.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations. We're working to expand this.
Order tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
Check with neighbors and household members.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
Contact us within 7 days of the delivered date and we'll help investigate.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we can't refund orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
